Healthy Christmas Appetizer Idea!

Chicken Parmesan Cups

I made this DashingDish recipe for our Cazenave Christmas party last night. It was SUPER easy to make and I'm pretty sure it was a hit since we only had 2 cups left over at the end. :) 

Ingredients - Makes 12 Cups:
12 Wonton Wrappers
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
3/4 Cup Pizza sauce
1 Cup cooked chicken breast, shredded 
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tbsp Italian seasoning mix
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Preheat oven 425 degrees. Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin tin.
Mix together all of the ingredients for the filing in a medium bowl.
Scoop 1 Tbsp serving into each wonton wrapper. Top with 1/2 tbsp pizza sauce and shredded cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until wonton wrapper gets lightly golden brown and cheese is melted.
