Chocolate Chip Shakeology Balls
Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup Vanilla Shakeology
1/4 tsp salt
2-4 tbsp sweetener of choice
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce (or more/less depending on the consistency)
2-4 tbsp unsweetened chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients adding the applesauce last, one tablespoon at a time until the mixture just comes together like cookie dough. (You may need a little more than what the recipe calls for, or a little less. You only want to add just enough until it comes together, not enough that it is sticky or too wet.)
- Add chocolate chips if desired, and roll dough into 10 balls.
Place balls on a plate or in a Tupperware, cover, and place in fridge or freezer. These calls stay good in fridge for up to 10 days, or in a freezer for up to 3 months.
