oh yall. I am blown away by how good this recipe turned out! I made some modifications to the original that I'll add in for you guys to make it spicier. Cause we all know us Southern gals love our spicy foods! ;)
Ingredients
1 lb lean, ground turkey
1/3 packet seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershiresauce
1/4 low sugar or organic ketchup
1/2 tbs spicy brown mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Diced jalapenos (juice drained out)
Diced Hot Relish (juice drained out)
1 large whole grain tortillas
1 blue low, fat shredded cheese
1/2 sliced Roma tomato
1 green shredded lettuce
Directions
- In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, cook the ground meat on medium heat until it is almost cooked through. Sprinkle seasoning on top meat and mix thoroughly. Break it up as it cooks. Add Worcestershire, ketchup, mustard, and seasonings to pan. Mix together until thorougly combined, and continue cooking until meat is cooked all the way through and is no longer pink.
- Add in jalapenos & relish into meat mixture. Mix well to combine.
