Strength can come in multiple forms.
It isn't about how much weight you can lift. Or how long you can go without taking a break in your workout.
Being strong comes from being vulnerable. It comes from doing what you don't want to do. What people have told you that you couldn't accomplish. It comes from SHOWING them that you won't be broken. You may scream; you may cry. but you WILL NOT GIVE UP.
You are better than they are. You are stronger than they are!
You are the only driving force in your life! Don't let it be held back.
